The Getaway House is a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath residence featuring a custom sauna, hardwood floors, and stone masonry throughout.

With the Pandemic, Architectural VR Tours became more popular than ever.

Volume Zero "2020 Tiny House" Competition Entry
Kubo Neo

Team: Mike Sudolsky and Patrick Tria

Based on sea level projections for 2050, land currently home to over 300 million will fall below the elevation of an average annual coastal flood.

Kubo Neo, is a floating house. An update to the traditional house in the Philippines, Kubo Neo is designed to survive the country’s increasing number of typhoons and the massive coastal flooding that comes with them.

The Oculus Quest 2 VR System is hands down the most exciting development in the world of Virtual Reality.
